Event Booking Terms

Please note your event inquiry will not be submitted until payment is received. You will receive
a separate email confirming payment.

Please be advised the amount paid is non refundable. You may be eligible for up to 50% refund if you cancel your event 7 days or more before your event date.

The price you paid to secure your event is subject to change depending on the extras you chose and the instructions you have provided. You may be asked to pay extra in order to comply with your requests. You are not required to order anything from our lounge during your event, however, if you do, you will be required to pay the balance in full at the end of your event, subject to an 18% auto gratuity regardless of the size of your party. Please be advised you are not required to order hookah, however, if you chose to do so, you may refill it for free up to two times.
